These cones are easy to make and a fun way to celebrate the 4th -- all you need are
star confetti sprinkles, some chocolate chips, sugar cones and ice cream.

Melt the chocolate chips and using an
offset spatula or spoon, add chocolate around the top inch of the sugar cone and along the edge. Sprinkle star confetti sprinkles onto the white chocolate and set aside to harden. I place them on wax paper and leave them to harden for about 30 minutes. On a hot day, you'll probably want to place them in the fridge for 15 - 20 minutes.
Store them in an airtight container for a day or two until you're ready to use them. Add your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
